Welcome to our small town studio!

Our instructors have years of sustainable practice in a variety of yoga methods including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and more. We look forward to sharing our experience with you!

Yoga is a space; an opportunity to explore your own movement and awareness.

Yoga is many things and is different for each person. No two practices are alike whether day to day or student to student. We encourage you to approach each practice as an opportunity to explore; finding both movement and moments of meditation.

Yoga has many benefits and invites you to find ease within yourself, moving toward equilibrium of body and mind. Yoga can be very rewarding by offering self-study, relaxation, strength, confidence, flexibility as well as a community of health. Our respectful instruction encourages habits learned on the mat to transform into lifestyle support off the mat.
