Yoga is many things and is different for each person. No two practices are alike whether day to day or student to student. We encourage you to approach each practice as an opportunity to explore; finding both movement and moments of meditation.

Yoga can be very rewarding by offering self-study, reflection, relaxation, strength, confidence, flexibility and a community of health. Yoga practitioners also enjoy enhanced mood and mental outlook.
