Classes are inspired by a variety of yoga and fitness methods including Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Ayurveda, Pilates, Ballet and more. Classes are appropriate for most levels. Click on a session below to sign in.
Online classes are video conferences using Zoom. Registered participants will receive a link via email to join the session.

Studio Information
The studio is 'open' around class times only or by appointment.
Registering for a studio class is strongly preferred (but not necessary).
The door will open about 15 minutes prior to class and will lock about 5 minutes after the start time of each class.
Classes are asana-based (postures and movement) with occasional pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation.
We encourage new students to attend group classes! If you are a new student, please arrive a few minutes early to your first session to chat about your ability and goals if desired. This will help your instructor create a beneficial class both for you and other students in attendance.
All students are required to read and sign a liability waiver prior to each session. It is expected that students discuss any concerns with their primary care physician prior to class and maintain autonomy during class.
It is expected that students are attending class to learn and practice yoga techniques. Please respect the yoga method, the instructor and other students in the class.
It is expected that students not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Refrain from eating 1-2 hrs prior to practicing for most comfort.
Wear movable clothing in breathable fabrics. Feel free to bring water and personal yoga props. Class includes the use of mats, props and some custom instruction.
Classes are accommodating to a variety of skill levels. However, please select the class that best suits your needs.
