An experiential class paced for most levels. This class draws from traditional and contemporary styles of yoga and typically includes pranayama (breath work that regulates the nervous system), asana (physical postures and variations for body & mind) and moments of meditation. Must be able to transition to the floor and back up again. Join us for a sincere practice and vibrant day.
Katie Grady is a licensed 200-hour yoga instructor and received her certification through Yoga Renew in early 2024. Katie has been practicing yoga since she first fell in love with it in 2012. Her favorite part of practicing yoga is the strength and empowerment it provides, making it not only a great physical activity, but incredibly beneficial for emotional health as well.
Katie practices locally in Ripon as a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, working primarily with children and adolescents. Her favorite physical activity, besides yoga, is running and she enjoys doing several 5K runs each year.
