Thanksgiving Day Yoga
A great way to add movement and gratitude to your day.
This class features some or all: breath awareness, warm-up, sun salutations, balancing, standing and seated poses, active or passive inversions, twists, meditation and rest offered with variations.
This class will appeal to many levels of practice from beginner to intermediate. Must be able to transition to the floor and back up again.
Classes at Lotus Root Yoga draw from many influences and yoga styles such as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative for an interesting, inventive class each time.
