Relax and renew with restorative yoga. Calibrate the intricacies of the body in fully-supported, restful poses.
Poses are supported using soft props including blankets, bolsters, weighted sandbags and eye pillows. Restorative yoga helps relieve general aches and anxiety, depression and stress.
Students are invited to release into these longer-held poses while maintaining awareness (staying awake) and connecting to a more profound stillness. Excellent for joint and muscle repair. Great companion to an active practice.
Warm lighting and aroma may be used to enhance this relaxing session.
